I already have all of the OP's touhou cursors downloaded and converted, it's just a hassle to think of creative descriptions and the thumbnail (I have to extract and upscale the first frame of the animation, and not to mention uploading them which is a pain since opendesktop likes to randomly erase everything I've done before I finish)... I have tried win2xcur but after converting cur files and applying test01(my cursor theme name) it just showing blank cursor. could you please help me out

Hey i wanna use this but it is too small on 4k screen, and changing the cursor size from gnome tweaks doesn't make a difference. help

there is a tool called win2xcur, you can use it to convert windows cursors to work with X11
