Hi, great plug-in, but I don't think the scaled/cropped and scaled/keep proportions has proper functionality, especially the scale/cropping option. If scaling/cropping is going to take place, then it should take a look at all pictures in either portrait or landscape orientation, not just the handful or dozens pf pictures that may be in a category for a specific exact aspect ratio the same as your own. Ex: One of my displays on a system is a 2560x1440 15:10 in a portrait/reader 10:16 orientation. The whole point of scale and cropping is to have access to the full library of portrait pics, then scale and crop, not just scale just 10:16, which is what this plugin does now.(I have tested on multiple systems abd it always pulls ONLY the same ratio). IOW, the scale and crop option is not cropping, it is only scaling.

The only problem is: on startup it sends request BEFORE i can connect to internet, thus the request fails and i stare at the black desktop, as no other requests are made )
is it fixable?
1Thanks for the beautiful drawing, I believed it was animated. But after installing it, it just was there and that was it. I am dissappointed. Uninstalling.
8Wallpapers are great, but upon restarting/powering on, the wallpaper does not get load quickly and the screen keeps being black. Please fix this issue.
I can confirm that. After launching the system there is no wallpaper only black background. In wallpaper plasma settings a message: "failed to send request" appears. Please can You fix this. Wallheaven is great but this behavior is annoying.
