Definition:

ScarletLips is a cursor theme
mostly for girls and ladies.
I got inspired by a scene
in one of the Korean
drama while the actress
applying the scarlet lipstick

I've made it with Inkscape and GIMP

I hope you like it.

If you find anything off please correct me
also if you want different colors
or design don't be shy
