Wayland only.

Installation:
1. Download spotlight-0.1.tar.gz
2. 
cd /usr/lib/qt6/plugins; sudo tar xf ~/Downloads/spotlight-0.1.tar.gz

3. Restart Plasma
4. Enable the "Spotlight" effect in System Settings - Window Management - Effects
