A Vlc skin based on the Dr. Who TV show.

Improvements in the new version:

- Remade the external video window behavior algorithm

- Added audio files detection, and altered the skin's behavior to react accordingly
- Added a "Family" photo
- Remade the compression algorithm
- Reordered and recompressed the skin's files, improving stability and cutting down loading time
- Minor aesthetic and bug/glitches related work

Older versions improvements:

- Added an animated screen while there is no video
- Added animated side-video indicator
- Added animated activity/pause indicator
- Drastically improved the compression algorithms, resulting in a smaller filesize and a noticeably faster loading time

This skin contains a minimalized interface, and also a hidden easter egg, which will unlock a special feature of the skin.
