Hi!

Could you please let us know how to install it?

Have you tried downloading this through KDE's Get Hot New Stuff dialog? Open up System Settings > Workspace Appearance > Desktop Appearance. Click on [Get New Themes...] then just search for this theme and install(It should pop up if you just search for something like "OS X").

Not sure how to manual install the file, though. :/

Download zipped theme. Extract folder from zip file to ~/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme
Then go to System settings and choose theme.

Note that .kde folder is hidden. You can find it in home folder with enabled hidden folders.

You should compress it with tar.gz not zip if you want installation to work from KDE's Get Hot New Stuff dialog.
