Description: This theme is ported from Plasma 5 default dark theme to work well in all versions after Kde 4.8.0. I made some mix with another themes to get this better fit.
You need to turn off the Blur effect in System Settings > Desktop Effects to get it opaque.Last changelog:

You can do by System Settings > Workspace appearance > Desktop theme > Get new theme. Or extract to ~/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme/

I understood! just need to remove the opaque and translucent in the directory themes.
