Description:Transparent KDE Plasma theme if desktop effects are enabled.
Bottom-panel and side-panels are flat.
Top-panel with gradient.
Tested on KDE Plasma 5.8 LTS.
Extract the downloaded KDE Plasma theme to
~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/.
