This Zelda cursor theme is a adaptation of a windows theme mouse. For install this theme you can use 2 ways:
1 - cd ~/.icons; tar zxvf /xxx/zelda-cursors-1.0.tar.gz
2 - kde control panel
If somebody wants turn this theme better, be free ...
