i am running ubuntu and the cursors are almost exactly the same, except the plus sign and the drag cursors. this looks like a rip... just me though.
Thats funny. These were designed by Jakub 'jimmac' Steiner. He made them quite some time ago and the original author is him alone. Ubuntu is "using" this theme and this release is for everyone else in Linux land to be able to use these cursors. If you want to talk like that (IE: 'rip'), then you might as well point your finger at Ubuntu cause guess what? They 'ripped' this theme themselves. Linux is about GPL and as such, everyone is free to dump their creativity into a big pot and those that want a scoop, are free to do so. This is not about 'ripping' or C's. It is one thing to claim something is of your own creation but another thing to simply release a piece of art for everyone to use. While I think Jakub should have been given a mention, no one 'ripped' anything here.
Thanks for fixing the black plus arrow. I love this theme :)
A couple ideas for a future upgrade. I've noticed that when you drag a file from nautilus, it has a black 90 degree angle/arrow thing, and a pointer thing in the middle, and a whole damn document. Is there anyway you can change this to make it more jimmac ish? It also gets a + in place of the pointer thing when over a panel or something, and a question mark when middle-click-drag. And when you drag text around, you get a 90 degree angle/arrow (sometimes a + or pointer thing too) and a document. Not only does this not look jimmac'd, but it also suggest's you're draging a whole damn document. Glad to see somebody actually took the initiative to finish this fine set of cursor's! Keep up the good work.
