10 still one of the best theme out there and I always come back to this
Thank you all. The project is very old and is no longer in development. In 15 years a lot has changed on linux and I don't think these cursors are more usable on modern versions of Xorg or Wayland. My regards Giuseppe Benigno
Ok, do a search - I just downloaded them from here: https://gitlab.com/chameleon-cursor-theme/chameleon-cursor-theme
Wow, no links here... Fortunately still in the repos (pacman). Maybe I'll put them on my profile.
10 10 the best
10 10 the best
the links are dead
I only recently discovered these, having downloaded the theme off of the ubuntu repos (chameleon-cursor-theme) and I instantly fell in-love; is there any chance of a red cursor being added some time in the future? It would go perfect with both full-white and full-black themes...
Hello, I really like this theme, I've used it for years on KDE 3.x. Now I'm moving to KDE 4, and when I install the theme, only a few of the theme cursors are used, others remain in the default theme. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
from my point of view the hand should look more like a glove. Currently it looks like the white hand of an body !
nevertheless is my favoured cursor theme :-) !
Great! Just... just really great (-:E
SOME LINKS ARE KINDA SCREWY. HOPEFULLY YOU CAN GET ANY OF THE CURSORS HERE: http://www.egregorion.net/2007/03/26/chameleon/#more-32
Can be beg and plea for a Red theme?
This is now my favorite theme, but I seem to have a problem (with other cursors themes too). All my cursors seem to have a greyish tint to them. Each and every theme. I don't know if it has something to do with my KDE/Qt color theme or what. Anybody know how to fix it?
Very good theme! Just one thing that is a bit... strange: The cursor were there is the arrow AND the watch seems to be missing, so that gnome switches to the other one instead.
hmm... it works perfectly after a reboot. Must have something to do with Gnome... nvm.
I really like them but for some reason gcursor won't install them anymore
Very beautiful cursors; extremely well done, particularly the grab-and-drag cursor, and the hyperlink-pointer cursor. One minor comment though: the animated text-input (I) cursor gets a bit distracting, particularly since the black used in the cycle for the Pearl cursors fades to nearly nothing when in front of a black terminal, making it look like the cursor disappears and reappears.
If you're running unstable, "apt-get install chameleon-cursor-theme". It will trickle down to Ubuntu and other derivatives shortly. Go egregorion!
It is without a doubt the cleanest looking cursor theme Thave found. The only problem that I have noticed is the text select cursor seems a little off center. I'm always getting an extra character to the right of what I want.
wanderful! i'm going to use them in all my distributions.
I dont have transparent cursors maybe its in a newer version of KDE but not in 3.3
Wow! They are transparent! :O Great job, mate! I just love them!
These cursors look great!
