There are two different icon sets in there. Two of them use the Flat icons, and the middle one uses Gartoon Blue. The console is just Konsole with stuff disabled (window borders, menu, tab bar).

This is my desktop it's using Taskbar V2 by Lucher, Crystal window decoration by dralgebra, Transparent Linux Addict wallpaper by AYO, gDesklets (http://gdesklets.gnomedesktop.org/), Nuvola icon theme by David Vignoni, and my own custom color design.

This desktop is the product of 2.5 years of experimenting with KDE. Originally, I tried KDE-3.0 with an objective unbiased attitude. I had hoped that I could continue to avoid "bloated" desktop environments. What I learned, was that although KDE is bloated by default, it can be trimmed down. ...
