This is a new iteration of my previous Blue Orange https://store.kde.org/p/1377925/ In this version there's more contrast and I avoided color inversions (except in konsole): text background is always light and text foreground is always dark.

You don't have to be neon blue/pink to look cyberpunk. :-)

I felt it was a crime that there exist various GRUB boot screens, wallpapers, terminal themes, and sounds for Fallout, yet after all these years, there is still not a Fallout KDE Plasma Splash Screen. So I decided to give it a try, and will continue working on it in my spare time....

This is an SVG file to replace the Elegance (https://store.kde.org/p/998875/) clock which was not working properly in Plasma 5. Just replace the one you have in ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/Elegance/widgets/ It may work with other themes.
