Underground Desktop is an i686-optimized GNU/Linux distribution targeted to the desktop user, based on Arch Linux.
Its main features are:

Packages are compiled with optimization for i686 class processors.
The linux kernel is optimized in order to improve desktop performance.

KDE is the most advanced desktop environment in the linux world.
We include a recent release of KDE.

A hint from me and possibly many others is to get rid of that theme from the dist... This is Linux - Not Windows!!!

that depends on your world view - some of us believe that objective things only appear so because they are significantly LESS subjective than most things.
Black things appear black because they reflect significantly less light than most things; not because they reflect NO light.
