This is a inspired OSX Dark theme, optimization for breeze dark color scheme. It is suggested to put the panel at the top.

This is a great theme! Thank you so much!
I do seem to have a couple of issues though.
1. My volume indicator no longer shows a visual bar for when the volume up or down is pressed. It only shows the sound icon.
2. The download monitor does not show a visual bar either.
