The theme is based on Default Plasma Themes "Breeze-Dark"

Based on Default Breeze Icons, with elements from the Papirus Icon Theme (just some icons from the "Actions" folder)
The Session icons (Lock, Logout, Switch User), as well as System Icons (Suspend, Hybernate, Reboot, Shut Down) have been changed.These icons and Folder icons are in color-gradient, consistent with the "Breeze-Blue-Dark" Plasma Theme. It can be seen on screenshots

nice, but can you change the plasma theme so vertical panels can be smaller without having tiny icons in the icons-only task manager? i have to resize panel width to 52 to make icons a useable size
