Extract file ACE with simple servicemenu.

In Debian and "derivates" use
# apt-get install unace
To install this servicemenu, download this file and unpack (as root) in this directory:
/usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
or anothers directory (depends of your distribution) ;-)
