When I try to install this, it says it's not a valid Dekorator Theme Archive.

Original theme. Where did you get the sidebar in the left side ?
left side? you mean right maybe? its styleclock, kwlaninfo, knetload applet, cpu info, storage media, kblogger, misc buttons, kickpim and xmms-kde
so it's not a standalone application, it's a simple panel ?
yeah, with alot of applets. what can I say? I like applets
