If you want to use the Grub-image as I did you have to change it with the startup-manager and in the menu-list the section
# Pretty colours
#color cyan/blue white/blue
foreground=ff5500
background=dbea07
or just any colour you like.
I also have a nice Wallpaper with this dragon. May somebody could make an usplash with it because I still don't know how
