No, this is not a style, but it is a theme. You are confusing the two. They are not the same.
It's not just a wallpaper and colorscheme since downloading the .ktheme file will change the windeco, background, and widget style.
BTW, this feature has been removed upstream. 3.2 will not likely have kthememanager unless someone can come up with one that is better featured than the current one.

The screenshot doesn't show much of any theme/style so I still can't see what it looks like.. :?
